Add a links widget with drag and drop into the sidebar menu. then you can go to Links and add each link there. 2) I think linkedin gives you a special code for this, right? If that is right, then just paste the code into a text widget, same as before from appearance widget, add text widget and then paste the code. 3) Do you mean facebook like or Google +1? Same as before if they give you a special code, you can paste the code into the theme directly. I think there must be some plugin to add this, but if you want to do it directly, go to appearance -> editor. Then you must choose where you want the link button to show up. If you want to show up at the bottom of each post, just paste it after the comments line, after "edit" and before the "div".
