Adsense Account taken down by the Google Empire

Nice surprise today. My Adsense account was taken down and I received this message:

After reviewing our records, we’ve determined that your AdSense account
poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a
responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due
to invalid activity, we’ve found it necessary to disable your AdSense
account. Your outstanding balance and Google’s share of the revenue will
both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers.

After browsing the web, I found this to be pretty common for a lot of honest hard-working people.

It looks like they ban the account after someone or some click-bots click a lot through your ads. Very strange! I can’t believe one multi-millionaire monopoly like Google, and they are not informed of this problem. So, it’s very easy to disable Adsense accounts all over the web.

The dominant market position of Google’s services has led to criticism of the company over issues including privacy, copyright, and censorship all over the world.

Luckily my income is not coming from Adsense, I never received a single check from them and I honestly think that Adsense is not a good system for people who want to do a serious long-term income, because your business will depend on the arbitrary discretional decision of someone with a mouse on Montain View offices and a Coca-Cola next to his Monitor, and your business can just finish with one click-mouse that will ruin your life if you really built let’s say 400 sites after 5 years of hard work and your daily foods depends on that.

NEVER EVER put all your eggs on the same Basket.

I can see their ads all over web on illegal sites and not on honest sites. Of course, someone will disagree with me and say that he does a “killing with adsense” and that “adsense rocks”.

Anyway, I can live without it. But of course I will appeal, since this is completely unfair. I just had a few clicks each month from visitors and they ban the account like it was heavily clicked by someone. My account had no chance to be clicked that way by anyone.

Yes, I know, I used to talk wonders about Google Algo in other posts, but some of their Adsense practices make them really look really bad.

The best you can do is diversify along many different networks. Hope this helps.

  1. So true, man. I had the same problem, after an appeal (took like 3 weeks) they reinstated my account, because it was some kind of hitbot attacking my blog. Make sure you send a notice and submit the appeal ASAP. I’m sure you will get your account back, man! BTW, try to email me if you can. Mike!

    • Thanks for the message Mike. Yes, I will recommend everyone to avoid ADSENSE as much as possible. Listen, I know at least 2 clients who bought premium WordPress themes because they clicked on my Adsense ads on the sidebar. How do I know? Because they personally thanked me later, thanks to the ads in my sidebar they could find cool WP themes. If two guys thanked me, im sure there lots more that bought adsense offers via my ads.

It means those clients spent 50 dollars each, the adwords buyers made sales thanks to me and I got 0 cents for it? Because when GOOGLE MONOPOLY closes your account, they take all your funds. Very crazy if you ask me. In other terms, Google is stealing our money. At this point, it’s clear TO ME that ADSENSE is a complete SCAM platform that gathers personal information from people all around the world.

  2. wow interesting post. it is a bit unnerving to know that someone without a face can disrupt anothers business with a click of a button and no conversation. Unfortunately there is always someone taking advantage of good ideas. Thank-you for the info.

  3. I just got banned. I’m an honest guy and don’t know what happened. Since I’ve been banned, and I haven’t checked my adsense in about 27 days, I don’t even know if there was a bot-attack or what kind of unusual activity was occuring. Now I can’t get access to the reports. It’s so unfair. With how much money we put in google’s pocket, I’d think they would want us to keep publishing.

If anyone wants to email me about this, please send to my1thing@hotmail.com. Thanks for posting this so I know I’m not alone…

  4. i hope dont have same problem because i have 12 sites to one adsense account …and dont even imagine been blocked

  5. i am sure you can change the adsense account associated with each site but dont know if can change it when been blocked

  6. I’m facing the same but in a different way, Google froze my account then release it then forze is then release it!!!!

I don’t know what is there problem; I tried to contact them many times but the didn’t give any reasonable answer.

  7. thanks friend,

I can pick this as outstanding out of your great posts.

    keep it up guy.

  8. I’ve experienced two adsense account was closed with a reason for advertisers’ interests.

That does not make sense, because blogs that I use for adsense are still lonely

  9. I agree 100% with what you say here, I had my account suspended too due to my website content not being compliant with their policy, they even didnt send me a personal email, it was a copy and paste informing me that the account was closed and so was my money income and not our problem.

The worst part is that when I emailed back asking what part of the content was not suitable and that I was willing to remove it, they even didnt reply me back.

Adsense is a monopoly, they do what they like, and if they destroy your life they could not care any less about it, I hope they go bust one day maybe they’ll learn to be treat people with respect that way and not be so arrogant.

  10. I made a mistake with I added the URL to my site and wrote the wrong URL, you can remove it, or correct it with 3d instead of “3b”

    Thanks

  11. I really love this website! The content is priceless. Thanks a lot for all of the articles and making my personal day. Compliments!!!
